Private Chef - Choice of 3 menus
Why not have a chef come to your accommodation and cook for you. Our
Private Chefs have many years of experience. We have personally sampled all
the dishes with our chefs and have been blown away by their culinary skills,
which is why we are confident that our Private Dining options will be the
perfect choice for a relaxing night in the comfort of your accommodation. The
cost for this service is €60 per person, minimum of four paying guests. If you
are a party of two you can still book but there will be a surcharge.
Meal delivery
Our meal delivery service is a great option to enjoy a traditional Puglia dinner
without moving from your accommodation, sharing a quiet evening with your
family and holiday partners only. Just select the menu, pick the date and time
and our chefs will deliver the dinner with the instructions to warm it up and
serve it at its best. Prices from €35 per person, minimum four guests.

PIZZA NIGHT
Italy is the home of the pizza so why not spend an evening making your own
and cooking them in a wood fired oven? We can provide a Pizza chef who will
help you make the best pizzas you have ever tasted. Children will love being
able to create their own pizzas and watch it cook in less than two minutes in
the wood fired pizza oven. ( Please note the trullo/house must have a pizza
oven to be able to use this service ). The minimum charge for this experience
is €230 this covers up to 6 people. Extra guests are at a cost of €20.
Cooking class: Pasta making
Our chefs will spend the afternoon at the property taking you through the
traditional dishes and recipes of the area. Learn the technique of making
orecchiette (Puglia’s traditional handmade pasta) and have fun producing two
or three of the most popular dishes of the region. The cost for this service is
€ 55 per person, minimum four paying guests. If you are a party of two or
three you can still book with a surcharge.5

Private wine-tasting
Enjoy a private wine tasting at your accommodation with an expert
Sommelier. You can choose among three options ( Apulian Wines – Best
quality/price – Top Selection). We can also arrange a blind wine tasting :
assign your ratings to 5 wrapped bottles… you will be surprised by the
results! Prices from €35 per person, with four paying guests. If you are a
smaller party, you can still book this experience, don’t hesitate to ask!
Olive Oil Tasting
Puglia produces more olive oil than anywhere else in the country. Why not
spend a morning tasting some of the finest olive oils Puglia has to offer. We
can book you a tour with tasting at some olive oil presses in Alberobello and
Martina Franca. Prices from €10 per person.

Wine Tour and Tasting
If you love wine, you should definitely spend a morning at one of the local
wineries. Take the opportunity to see the local vineyards and taste some
fantastic wines. We can book a tour at some renowned wineries in Alberobello,
Martina Franca and Cisternino. Prices from €18 per person.

Segway tours
Exploring Alberobello on a segway is entertaining and fun, you will be
surprised! With a few simple movements of the body, you are ready to go and
discover the local history and traditions, learn about the Trulli construction
methods and visit the main monuments in town. Prices from €40 per person,
minimum two paying persons. This tour is also available by rickshaw, e-bike
or by mini-golf cart.
Bike rental and cycling tours
With being surrounded by the beautiful scenery Puglia has to offer there are
plenty of options to participate in organised bike rides in and around the Valle
d’Itria. Prices for bike tours start from €60per person, minimum 4 guests; it
is also possible to book if you are a party of two or three, paying a surcharge.
Or maybe you would prefer to hire a bike for the day or week. Contact us for
details and rates. The bikes can be delivered to your accommodation.

Boat tours
Treat yourself with a boat tour along the Apulian shores, starting in Monopoli
and sailing towards Polignano a Mare. You can swim in charming inlets or
relax yourself on the deck while having a nice aperitivo . The tour ends in
Monopoli. Daily departures available from May to end October in the
afternoon. Private or shared tours, available in the morning and afternoon.

Shopping Service for late arrivals (available for arrivals after 8pm)
For guests arriving at the holiday home at 8pm or later we can offer the
service of us buying shopping for your first evening and following morning on
your behalf (Ad-Hoc Grocery Shopping). The cost for our service is €40. The
cost for the items and the €40 must be paid in cash to the Check In Clerk on
arrival. If we are unable to obtain the exact item that you request we will
endeavour to replace the item, should the item not be to your taste we will
not provide a refund. Please note that we cannot always obtain specific
brands.
Grocery Shopping
If you don’t feel like going shopping by yourself, we can do it on your behalf
and deliver the products to your door: just provide us a detailed list and we’ll
do the rest! The cost for our service is €60. The cost for the items and the €60
must be paid in cash to the person who delivers the products. If we are
unable to obtain the exact item that you request, we will endeavour to replace
the item, should the item not be to your taste we will not provide a refund.
Please also note that we cannot always obtain specific brands. This service
must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The delivery is
available from 10 am until 6 pm.

Private transfers
If you need private transportation from/to the airport, or if you want to have
dinner in a nice restaurant without having to drive, we can have a private
driver pick you up at the property at a convenient time. You can also book our
transfer service to reach the main tourist attractions of the area: Matera,
Lecce, Otranto… Prices on request.
Guided tours
Would you like to know more about Puglia’s history and traditions, or visit
some of the most important tourist sites? Contact us to book a guided tour.
You just have to mention the location you would like to visit and the duration
of the tour. If you prefer, we can also arrange transportation from your villa
and back.

Babysitter
Are you planning to have dinner out and need someone to stay home with
your children? Would you like to enjoy a relaxed afternoon by the pool while
a babysitter entertains the kids? We can offer you a babysitting service (in
English) from €15,00 per hour for one child with a minimum of two hours.
Supplements may apply depending on the number of children, location of the
property and requested date.
Massages at your trullo/villa
Why not have a relaxing massage in the comfort of your accommodation?
Our professional partners will set up all the equipment, from the massage
table to the towels and essential oils. You can choose among several options.
